Salary Structure: 10% Cumulative Residual Commission.

We offer a powerful model where last month's success becomes next month's secured income. You earn 10% of the subscription value for every customer, and you keep earning that 10% every single month they remain a subscriber.
Example:
Month 1: You close 100 sales. Your commission is Rs.10,000.
Month 2: You close 100 new sales. Your total commission is Rs.20,000 0(10,000 from last month + 10,000 from this month).
Month 3: You take a vacation and close 0 sales. Your commission is still Rs.20,000 (from the 200 previous active accounts).
