OUR JOURNEY

The genesis of EasyQue was not accidental; it was born from a deep-seated commitment to respect human time. Our founder, Lefin K R  was repeatedly struck by the unpleasant sight of elderly people, sick individuals, and parents struggling as they were forced to waste invaluable time in long, stressful queues. Recognizing this universal inefficiency, a core question emerged: Why wasn't there a global, transparent system to inform customers of their queue position?

While the market offered basic booking tools, it lacked a dedicated Global Live Queue Status information system. EasyQue was developed not primarily for profit, but out of sympathy and a vision to restore the value of time. We saw an opportunity for social impact: by providing live updates, we allow individuals to convert wasted waiting time into quality time—for work, travel, family, and personal growth. To ensure accessibility, customers require no app download; they receive a one-click link to a simple Live Status webpage and receive timely notifications to ensure punctuality, which in turn reduces no-shows for the organization.
